We now offer two options for chilled water. Chilled water may in many cases be all that is required to supplement your existing pre-cooling and make you compliant.
The options feature Flextank insulated tanks with pumps included.
The purchaser utilises his refrigeration supplier to connect a heat exchanger to his existing chiller unit. Water from the insulated tank is pumped through this and cooled then returned to the tank.
The second pump reticulates the chilled water through a second plate cooler further chilling the milk before entry into the vat.
